Overlook Retreat- Awesome Views, Pets Welcome!

The property was welcoming to pets. There were two bedrooms but since the living room is rather small there’s basically only seating for two maybe three. The fireplace was great, we picked up wood in town. It was so peaceful at night there, we were basically alone. The hot tub didn’t work initially, so we had to call the office to get someone to come turn it on. But it worked after that. Little quirky, the floor boards were practically coming up in the bathroom and the kitchen from previous water spillage. But Check-in was easy and for the price it was hard to beat. I would totally stay here again. And like the other reviews the stairs were kind of a lot but nothing hard if you’re young.

The cabin was perfect for our family of four. House was exceptionally clean. Place was very well stocked with all your needs and kitchen had everything needed. The host was 10 out of 10 friendly , accomodating, and quick to respond. The home rules were fair and reasonable and we would 100% stay again. The cabin has no backyard neighbor so our snow play was amazing. View is amazing. Definitely cozy cabin and small touches like the fact they had an emergency kit which saved the day for my daughter's splinter is the small touches and care you can expect for these hosts.

The cabin was clean. The pillows in one bedroom were a little flat so I snatched the pililows from the other bedroom which were better. The cabin is located on a beautiful hill overlooking the forest BUT to get to it, you have to take a very windy road which is difficult at night. But, that also means that you aren't in town and it's quieter.The owner needs to mention in the description that the cabin is only reached by a long stairway! This could be a problem for some people.

Very clean and organized provided great amenities

Super clean and cozy - hot tub was very nice and in order. Kitchen stocked with necessities. Host was great - called to warn of possible road closures and alternate routes I might consider. Overall very good experience.
